Activities that help teachers determine competency levels are also usually high-stakes, such as teacher competency tests (ujikom), the results of which influence the future of the teacher's career. As a result, teachers are not free to reflect on strengths or areas that still need to be developed. But through CCG, Teachers can find out their level of competency without worrying about failing the KO exam. The CCG was in full swing. Participants were excited every time they found out the answer to each question. There seems to be no burden even though the answer is not appropriate. They actually looked curious and wanted to discuss further why their answer was not correct.
