As technological developments continue to skyrocket, makes students lazy to glance at printed books, thus having an impact on reducing students' interest in reading. In the end, it makes students less productive. This makes me anxious as an Indonesian language teacher. Meanwhile, we educators are required to provide guidance to students so that they can produce work. Moreover, the local Education Department requires every school to collect literary works, both the work of teachers and students. Therefore, as an Indonesian language teacher, I want to provide fun learning while producing work as real action from the planned program. The planned program is POMANTRA (Literacy Park Corner).

Extracurricular aspects such as: discussion room/organizational training area in the school, among others; Student Council, Scout, PMR, Paskibra, Sacred, and Music Community. Co-curricular aspects that support the learning process such as: reading corner and hydroponics. This is what motivates me to use the land as a place for students to study while adding beauty to the school environment.
As an Indonesian language teacher, you have various challenges in activating POMANTRA, Some of them find it difficult to direct students to read printed books because they prefer to read via cellphone. The era of technology is getting more sophisticated now, keep students busy with their own world, so it is difficult to collaborate to create a work. This is also a challenge for me as an Indonesian language teacher, namely giving an example to students by creating work that they can use as a reference.. Besides that, Colleagues are also still difficult to collaborate with to produce work that can be recorded. Hopefully, by activating POMANTRA, little by little, students will be able to change their learning styles and be motivated to improve their reading and writing literacy.
POMANTRA (Literacy Park Corner) activated by discussion with the Principal and fellow teachers. Hold discussions with the Head of the organization to identify the assets owned by the school,Discuss with class X students. XI, and XII as a whole as users of the Literacy Park Corner. The final step is to create a committee involving the Chair of each extracurricular organization, collaborate with colleagues who are members of the practitioner community to monitor the development of active literacy activities at POMANTRA. The existence of POMANTRA makes students happy because they can be directly involved in school programs, they can also create literary works in the form of an anthology, develop their creativity, collaborate with each other in practicing responsibility.
The lesson I can take when activating POMANTRA as a form of real P5 action is being able to develop the competencies of students according to their characteristics., can train students' responsibility, It's nice to see the enthusiasm of students learning in the literacy park because they learn while playing. Besides that, My fellow teachers and I can collaborate to produce work in the form of books with ISBNs.
In activating POMANTRA activities (Literacy Park Corner), has not yet fully developed personal awareness for students to carry out literacy. However, With supervision from the teacher as a guide, students will gradually get used to it and feel that literacy is a necessity. If literacy is considered a necessity, This means that it has become ingrained in students. This is the aim of the POMANTRA program. In addition to cultivating the habit of reading, It is also hoped that they can convey reflections on the results of reading, both orally and in writing. And the final result that is most hoped for is that students can develop their creativity in the form of written works that can be published.
The next step that needs to be taken consistently is to develop healthy collaboration between all school members to optimize POMANTRA. If students are motivated to do literacy without coercion from other people, that means they have made literacy a necessity, then this can automatically grow the profile of an independent Pancasila student, critical thinking, and creative.
