In the author's opinion, learning through PMM is an efficient step to carry out in order to carry out socialization or scanning to fellow teachers about the change in the education paradigm, which, incidentally, is mostly status fresh graduation. This effort is made to foster learning motivation and restore students' hope for the learning independence they will obtain. In doing business, The author is certainly faced with several challenges. (2) Schools have minimal financial resources to provide formal training by presenting resource persons to teachers to develop qualifications. The low qualifications of teachers regarding the learning process that favors students is certainly in line with the lack of student motivation to follow the learning provided. The result, Students become indifferent and lazy, giving rise to various problems.

The actions taken include: (1) actively learn independently through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) to become an example of carrying out real action. All material obtained while undergoing driving teacher education is delivered to the school community in the hope that there will be a change in the educational ecosystem organized by SMK PGRI Amlapura to ensure students gain knowledge and experience their knowledge to the maximum..
Based on several actions taken, the author believes that he has learned that changes in the educational ecosystem are absolute and there is no need to worry, become a burden, even avoided because such things do not escape the problems of carrying out the profession as a teacher.
