About a year ago,I give lessons in class , so that the classroom atmosphere is somewhat stiff and less communicative, and learning outcomes are still far from expectations. This is where the teacher's role is required to be more innovative in designing learning models that are pro-student. One of them is social emotional learning..
CHALLENGE
The first step in social emotional learning is of course that the teacher prepares a lesson plan/teaching module which includes a strategy on how to solve problems in the existing class situation, namely using the stop technique by considering the learning objectives and time allocation so that it can be right on target and doesn't take up a lot of time. Teachers also need to prepare other instruments such as learning materials in the form of ppt worksheets.,sound, music for the stop technique is of course royalty free ,Colored paper is attached to the emotion wheel that represents the students' feelings , prepare printouts 6 Therefore, basic human emotions require thorough preparation before implementing social emotional learning so that the learning results are truly as expected
ACTION
A. Stop. Stop whatever you are doing.
B.Take a deep breath. Be aware of your in-breath, become aware of the out-breath. Feel the fresh air coming in through your nose. Feel the warm air coming out of your nostrils. Do 2-3 kali. Breath in, breath out.
C. Observe / Beloved. Observe what you feel in your body? Observe the stomach expanding before exhaling. Observe the stomach contracting as you exhale. Observe the choices you can make.
D.Proceed/Continue. Training is complete. Please resume your activities with a calmer feeling, clearer thoughts, and a more positive attitude.
2.learning process and presentation : the teacher delivers learning with material on integral algebraic functions,Then students solve problems in groups followed by a presentation by one of the groups.

From the Google form that was distributed and from students' opinions, it can be concluded that students are more relaxed and focused on understanding the lesson material, More able to accept differences of opinion during group discussions, as well as presentations so that social emotional learning is based on full awareness with fun stop techniques and learning outcomes increase.
From the social emotional learning process based on full awareness with the STOP technique which is carried out, it can provide benefits for students' inner and outer independence so as to create a prosperous life. (wellbeing).
