Good practice elaboration

Most students have a very low literacy culture, even though our school already has a library, but the books in the library still use old books and are not interesting to read, not to mention the condition of the library which is not neatly arranged and there are no special library staff to fix the library and coordinate activities if held in the library. Here I really hope that all students have a good literacy culture and this becomes a habit, not a compulsion, by providing a more creative media tool for literacy that makes all students more enthusiastic about reading, write and create without any coercion from anyone. With this, I was inspired to produce a program that had an impact on students with the name program “Reciprocal Creative Corner”, The program I designed focuses all students on actively participating in literacy activities, including reading, writing and creativity. The program I designed provides two boards, One board is filled with students' creativity stickers, while the other board is filled with responses from their friends' creativity, This program really has an impact on students so that they can realize the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile that are expected to be achieved. I carry out this program with students during co-curricular hours, performed twice in one week. With this reciprocal creative corner, the literacy culture in my class has increased, where this activity is really liked by all students, Initially, students were embarrassed to display their creative results, sekarang peserta didik tersebut menjadi lebih berani untuk menampilkan hasil ide dan kreatifitas yang dimilikinya pada papan pojok kreatif berbalas yang sudah disediakan oleh guru.
