I am an elementary school teacher who has just moved from a private elementary school to a public elementary school because I passed PPPK in 2021, I am also a teacher who likes to learn new things about anything, especially about digital technology. Almost everything I follow is technology learning using laptops and cellphones using the latest applications such as Google Workspace., Microsoft, Quizizz, Canva, Exambler, Classpoint and others in helping learning, especially now that students are adept at using gadgets, both cellphones and laptops. Children now skillfully play on their phones by opening games on their phones as well as videos to watch.

Learning in class has various characters and different learning styles so that it involves parents to carry out differentiated learning using Classpoitn and AI technology content to start further learning in class.

The learning practice that I want in class is content-differentiated learning that uses technology and the Classpoint application from Power Point Slides, Draggable Object, Leader board, Name Picker and AI so that students are active, enthusiasm and collaboration in learning takes place like never before teacher-centered learning.

Challenge

In the 21st century, there are various kinds of learning models that we can use, one of which is differentiated learning. Differentiated learning is learning that can help meet the learning needs of each student which is suitable as learning to be applied to century learning 21. Curriculum changes so that differentiated learning has been widely implemented while in schools not at all. Facilities and infrastructure are inadequate because differentiated learning must be supported by facilities and infrastructure to implement differentiated learning strategies such as content differentiation, process and product. And not all students have cellphones.

Not all students are active because there is no mapping of students' learning needs. Use of innovative and technological media or learning aids, never done inside. From the conditions faced in this learning, what I want to change is so that students are active and have school spirit. I continue to make changes so that the use of technology can be carried out in my classroom.

Action

Collaborate with the school principal, fellow teachers and parents to carry out differentiated learning at UPT SD Negeri Schools 060817 While. Learning that accommodates all learning needs, student interest and readiness or learning on the side of the student, because students' learning needs are different.

Differentiated learning that has been carried out is:

1. Teachers improve human resources (SDM) in Technology and has implemented good practices and collaborated with the principal and fellow teachers. Studying the Classpoint Application as a learning medium.

2. Teachers determine good practical content for using Classpoint in Theme Differentiated Learning 7 Existence of Things. 3. Teachers and students collaborate in learning to use classpoint by bringing and preparing the tools used for learning, like carrying a cellphone (personal cell phone, if you don't have a cell phone, the teacher forms a minimum group 1 cell phone inside 1 group and asked the principal for permission to allow students to bring cellphones for classroom learning), help the teacher to prepare the projector, laptop and learning materials used.
4. The results of the discussion are directly presented using a Draggable Object, Name Picker, Gamification and Leader Boards for all students become active with content differentiation and direct assignments by creating questions from AI Classpoint.
5. The teacher provides feedback on the results of what has been learned to students so that students feel confident with the results of the learning that has been carried out today

Changes or Lessons

Before using Classpoint and AI technology, students were not active and did not understand the material being studied and immediately lost what they had learned today. . Carrying out student reflection/feedback provides enjoyable learning, easy to understand and you can immediately work on practice questions using Classpoint and assignments for home. Students want to learn every day using Classpoint with the existing infrastructure at school.
