ALUMNI INVOLVEMENT IN INCREASING THE ABSORPTION OF SCHOOL GRADUATES TO COLLEGES AND OFFICIAL SCHOOLS (Mainstay rice)

Medium Term Goals and Benefits, namely that students already have an interest and choice of major to go to college and official school. Long Term Goals and benefits are to create a patented pattern of higher education socialization every year. .
CHALLENGE

The challenge we face is the difficulty of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in finding harmonious collaboration, One of the reasons for this is the educational background of the parents, economic conditions, early-age marriage, and motivation.
ACTION
Involving alumni from academics and official schools in increasing graduates entering universities and industry by equipping teachers with teaching strategies that are easy for students to understand with digital socialization and campus and industry visits, actively participate in competitions on campus as an initial introduction in developing talents and interests which are also included in the prerequisites for entering college. The steps we will carry out are by collecting data on alumni from academics, including lecturers, company directors, as well as alumni, case studies, Teachers provide students with an understanding of the importance of education, use of school social media, Campus and Industry Socialization in schools, and student visits to campuses and campus expos.
The fun of this activity is due to the shared interests between the students, parent, and teachers in discovering students' talents and interests. Collaboration is very real so you can see directly what you aspire to so you can plan your future from an early age.
The students' response was very enthusiastic about the presentation from alumni, especially when alumni came to school wearing their work uniforms. This becomes intrinsic motivation for students

The lesson/inspiration gained is that continuing education is very important to realize students' talents and interests and become reliable workers in industry by getting to know them from an early age..
The experience in implementing PADI is that previously there was no communication between teachers, students, and parents due to the absence of appropriate programs that are not sustainable. Through Freedom to Learn Students, Guru, and Parents communicate in two ways that are interdependent.
The thing that needs to be developed is changing the mindset from what we get at school to what we can give at school, collect data on the absorption capacity of universities and official schools, and create a team with strong collaboration and carry out regular evaluations at the school level.
