INITIAL SITUATION

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ridwan Edy Santoso I currently teach at an agency Bligo Muhammadiyah Vocational School Pekalongan Regency. I teach productive subjects in Motorcycle Engineering and Business I also get additional duties as Safety Riding extracurricular teacher at school.

From analysis non-cognitive diagnostics what I did previously with my students in class XI TBSM turned out to be many students have gadgets and when using this gadget, they often watch YouTube or Tik Tok videos, most of them like it.

The impact of the current era of globalization needs to be paid attention to in order to provide maximum supervision from teachers and parents, Are students able to use and memanfaatkan IPTEK (social media) with way or ethics which is good, who conform to the norms in social life are also capable utilise SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (social media) for yourself and society at large as well as how the teacher tries to get involving students in utilizing technology to share insights and knowledge with friends at school and the wider community

CHALLENGE

To be able to share on social media by making videos of good practices and then uploading them to social media is not an easy problem considering that from the non-cognitive diagnostic analysis that I found, it turns out that most of the class XI students I teach have: low self-confidence and technological skills in making videos are also lacking.

Then also how to change students' mindset when watching film shows, youtube, scroll WA, IG, TikTok which started as just the audience then becomes the actor in it

ACTION

Next what I need to do is mGuide and direct students to appear as actors by sharing good practices in the form of making public service advertisement videos on social media in learning “MICRO LEARNING” at school

Through the process of learning activities MICRO LEARNING namely by using the PJBL approach method (Project Base Learning) student-centered, Applying a combination of several learning methods during activities such as discussions, question and answer, presentation, and assignments, Using interactive learning media with TPACK such as motivational videos which can change students' mindsets to have self-confidence, Good public speaking and broadcasting skills examples video learning MICRO LEARNING so that it makes students interested in making community service videos and making video script sheets for public service advertisements for safe traffic in learning Micro Learning Safety riding material for each step of the scene activity. is precise and innovative methods, by challenging students to create community service video advertisements about safe traffic

Next, invite the cooperation/collaboration of the school principal, All fellow teachers at the School, The students' parents were involved to help change their mindset and implement me and I was ready to share in becoming an actor, “STUDENTS AS SHARING ACTORS” on social media

So that the objectives of the activity and the results of this activity can be achieved as expected.

CHANGE

The impact of the actions of the steps I took when applying them in Micro Learning learning to make public service advertisements was that students were able to be creative in making public service advertisement videos for safe traffic in micro learning learning., The increasing sense of self-confidence that students have and students seem more enthusiastic and happy in participating in Micro learning activities. This learning activity can also be part of personal branding and school branding when it goes viral and has a good impact and students become happy to innovate and share.
