At the beginning of the even semester of the academic year 2022-2023. I see that some students tend not to focus on learning English, They are less motivated in learning. Some of them often copy their friends' assignments. They tend to just copy without making any effort to do the task independently. Is it true that they are less creative in doing their assignments when in fact each student has their own talents and potential?. as educators we can only guide it according to the nature and nature of the times, So that students can achieve the highest happiness. Like the philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara who says that an educator is Ing Ngarso Sung tulodo Ing Madya Mangun Karso Tut Wuri Handayani. in front of providing an example/role model for our students, in the middle we give encouragement, behind providing encouragement. We must be able to work together & collaborate with all school members to realize the school's vision and mission and the educational goals that we want to achieve together, namely the realization of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Students tend to be less motivated in learning English, they sometimes get bored and fed up. Lack of confidence in communicating using English is hampered by existing writing and pronunciation, According to them, writing and pronunciation are different, especially since their vocabulary is limited. When doing assignments, I sometimes cheat and lack creativity. even though every student has different talents and interests. they each have their own potential, It is our job as educators to guide and direct students according to their talents and interests, Moreover, school conditions also support student creativity. Keep moving, move and mobilize for the realization of a well-being school ecosystem.

At the beginning of the lesson, I gave a warm opening to the students, so that they are more motivated and ready to learn, by giving yells or energizers as encouragement for them. Starting by reading prayers and checking attendance as initial activities in learning. Then in the main activity I started with the stop technique, so they can be more relaxed and focused on receiving the material. Material with the theme of procedural texts with the learning objective of students being able to compose simple recipe procedural texts. Class agreement is also needed so that learning is more conducive, then divide them into several groups to be able to do the task so that the learning objectives are achieved, on the theme of procedural texts about recipes using methods clusters namely collaborating cleverly using Google Slides. In today's digital era, educators must be able to integrate learning with technology so that learning is fun and meaningful for students. The cellphone or smartphone they carry can be maximized in learning, collaborating on Google Slides and it has been proven that it can motivate and make students more enthusiastic about learning, slowly getting bored, boredom erodes automatically because the cellphones they use are put to positive use. This is a culture that needs to be maintained and also inspires fellow teachers in junior high schools. 11 Makassar to be able to maximize technology and integrate it into learning so as to create fun learning for students, in Google Slides to complete the group assignment with the theme of food recipe procedure text, they are looking for pictures of traditional Makassar food such as coto Makassar, wet pallu and so on, pictures they have browsed, they place them on their respective slides according to their names. Proven by learning methods CoPaS Using Google Workspace for Education really helps students make it easier to do assignments collaboratively, Educators should guide, not pressure, guide, not compare, Our job as educators is only to guide them to grow and develop according to their nature and potential.

Learning that is integrated with ICT has a tremendous impact on students or students because they are more enthusiastic in learning, they are more motivated and do not get bored and bored in learning because they educate according to the nature of the times.. The cellphones or smartphones they bring to school are used in learning so that learning is more fun and meaningful for students. Doing assignments is faster because they do it together and collaborate on Google Slides to complete their group assignments, look for pictures of food then provide descriptions of traditional specialties according to the theme of the material we raised at that time, namely procedural texts about their food recipes, making it easier and quicker to find answers, search via the internet then do it on Google Slides collaboratively so that learning English feels happy and fun for my students. Method KoPas (clever collaboration in Google Slides) really gives a new feel to learning and is an innovation that should be applied in learning as a medium that really helps teachers in providing interactive and fun learning.

Learning carried out by integrating ICT encourages oneself to be able to continue learning and sharing so as to present creative and innovative learning, century learning 21 which prioritizes 4C and provides guidance to students in accordance with the nature of the times as said by our educational figure Ki Hajar Dewantara. Guide students according to the nature of nature and the nature of the times and this can be realized with the collaboration of all school members; students, guru, homeroom teacher, committee and also the Principal who always provides space and support so that we can continue to move, mobilize and have an impact on much better educational progress in order to realize freedom of learning.
