The government initiated the Independent Learning program to achieve educational goals
better suited to the educational needs of the century 21. Through Freedom of Learning
The government wants to realize the Pancasila Student Profile ((Harususilo, Y. E. : 2019)
Langenharjo Elementary School 2 is a school located in Pringan District
borders Pare District. Where the condition of students is very diverse because
is on the border between Pare sub-district. According to nature, students here have
various learning styles, start audio , visual, and kenisthetic. Likewise potential too
There are lots of people who like sports, mathematics, IPA, Department, pantomime, poetry, sing
and others. It is also impossible for students' interests to be equalized.
Ki Hajar Dewantara's philosophy teaches that learning is meaningful
is learning that is adapted to the nature of nature and the nature of the times. Therefore
Teachers are expected to be able to realize programs that have an impact on students through
innovative learning designs and programs that have an impact on students. (Dewantara,
K.H. : 2009).

Moreover, the Kuarang school environment is so supportive of the world of education and
What's worse is that parents are less enthusiastic about advances in the world of education
especially the education of their sons and daughters at SDN Langenharjo 2. This is a challenge
unique for me to be able to face it with open chest.

From the conditions above, I am one of the teachers serving at SDN Langenharjo 2 since
year 2018 Until now, we have been challenged to realize a program that has an impact on
students especially in innovative learning. Moreover, I am also an alumnus of the Program
Teacher Education Force motivator 4 must be able to prove quality and ability
I am an educator to answer this challenge.

So I realized that teachers are agents of change who must be able
carry out their duties well to create a conducive learning ecosystem
and empowering. Therefore, it is one of my duties as a teacher to make it happen
This must be able to develop a learning environment ecosystem with
utilize existing resources or assets that are able to support school progress
and maximizing the use of assets to support classroom learning and
improving the quality of education to create a quality education ecosystem
that impacts students.
Based on asset identification, I maximize existing resources in SDN
Langenharjo 2 both biotic and antibiotic, so I collaborate with everyone
The existing education component carries Program Management that Favors Students
which we call "BIAN" which stands for Intensive Academic Guidance
and Non-Academic to create learning that favors students.

To manage programs that impact students, I take steps-
steps as follows :

1. Coordinate with school residents.
2. Identifying resource assets owned in an effort to improve
management of SDN Langenharjo 2 This.
3. Digging for input, proposal, opinions from students both directly and indirectly
to find out the children's dream school.

4. We also collaborate with school committees and parents to obtain
positive input and suggestions in efforts to improve quality school programs
according to their expectations.
5. Collaborating with the Langenharjo Village government, Kindergarten and preschool nearby
SDN Langenharjo to coordinate and collaborate in improvement efforts
School quality has an impact on students.

BIAN Program Title "Intensive Academic and Non-Academic Tutoring"

A. Intracurricular programs/activities
We made this activity possible by creating the following activities :
1. Implement differentiated learning in all classes.
2. In learning, social and emotional learning is also applied
3. Maximizing the curriculum according to school conditions but not leaving it behind
national curriculum.
4. Maximizing existing media and the use of ICT in learning.
5. Maximizing existing resources such as the natural environment, social, and culture.
6. Reading and Literacy Culture

B. Co-curricular programs/activities.
We made this activity possible by creating the following activities :
1. Guidance of talented and achieving students
2. Implementation of positive culture
3. Maximizing a positive culture starts smiling, salam, and who.
4. Implementation of congregational Dhuha and Dhuhur prayers.
5. Forming class pickets and clean Fridays.
6. Forming a UKS team.
7. Carrying out the Flag Ceremony every Monday.

C. Extracurricular programs/activities
We made this activity possible by creating the following activities ;

I carry out real actions by utilizing the collaboration of all parties in
school, so I need the help of stakeholders in the school

7. Practicing teacher and facilitator
8. School supervisor
9. The relevant education department.
10. The environment around the school.
11. And other parties who are able to help this program.

So what real impact does the program have on students, especially learning design?
Being innovative in managing resources, I do the following things :
1. Establish good coordination with the Management, Peers, school committee, parent
student, and the community around the school.
2. Involve colleagues to collaborate in the learning process in class
or outside the classroom.
3. I involve parents to actively participate as resource persons in turn
once a week with competencies mastered and relevant to teaching materials such as
how to cook fried rice, make juice drinks, sewing torn or buttoned clothes
the last, wash the right clothes , wash dishes, make the bed, and others.
4. Utilizing natural environmental resources as real learning resources such as
school garden, TOGA garden, ricefield, visit to the production of tempeh and tofu,
to the grocery store, to the river and others.
5. Play games and discussions and presentations outside of school to provide a new atmosphere
so that it doesn't get bored and adds a pleasant atmosphere for the students
maximum.
6. Visit to Tegowangi Temple, Surabana Temple, Gayam Temple, Kepung Temple,
Monument SLG, Totok Kerot statue, recitation of King Jayabaya, Erlangga Museum, for
teach culture in a real way so that children understand the richness of culture and
stimulate critical thinking to carry out efforts to preserve the culture around us
school environment.

7. Conduct direct visits and interviews with village governments in an effort
provide students with social experiences, communicate well, And
know the structure of the village government directly.
8. Carrying out demonstration learning by processing school resources in the form of results
school gardens like bananas become banana chips and banana gethuk, mangoes and
Guava is made into delicious and healthy juz, various processed empons
into a variety of tamarind turmeric herbal medicine, joke meeting, aromatic ginger, and others.
9. Reflect together for evaluation materials and a description of students' further expectations
for future learning that is more meaningful and enjoyable for them
in creating a profile of independent Pancasila students studying at SDN Langenharjo 2
Polehan sub-district, Kediri Regency.

From my real action with the BIAN program which is useful for fulfilling
students' learning needs at SDN Langenharjo 2 this is alhamdulillah…..worked out well and
success. This can be seen from the feedback from students where the students feel comfortable and comfortable
happy in participating in the learning process in class both inside the classroom and outside the classroom.
Besides that, student learning outcomes have increased rapidly. Most students are able to excel
in various competitions at both sub-district and district levels, up to SDN
Langenharjo 2 always gets overall champions such as in FLS2N and OSN events as well as competitions
Creativity.

The student's parents also expressed their enthusiasm for the change in their son's behavior-
his daughter is increasingly having better character, academic and non-academic abilities

His academics also improved rapidly. Parents always try to establish a good relationship
in actively supporting the success of differentiated innovative learning in the classroom 5
Langenharjo Elementary School 2 Pringan sub-district, Kediri regency.

No less important is support and motivation from the Principal and colleagues
I feel so great that it can become my passion for
realizing learning that is pro-student to realize the student profile
Pancasila is free to learn.

1. Follow-up.
Currently I am making follow-up steps by doing the following things
This :
a. Always reflect as a means of self-evaluation in creating learning
innovative that supports students.
b. Always coordinate with the Principal, peers, and the entire school community
so that every real action for asset-based school development can run well.
c. Increasing literacy is related to innovative, deeply differentiated learning
efforts to improve quality.
d. Share good practices with existing communities of practitioners such as peers, GFC, And
existing educational community.
e. Disseminate innovative learning materials differentiated in scope
more broadly so that educational independence can be felt by all students.
f. Ask for positive feedback from leadership, peers, and concerned parties
with education
g. Increasing the spirit of collaboration to realize innovative, differentiated learning
especially at SDN Langenharjo 2.
h. Providing a positive example, especially as a learning leader in the effort
development of schools based on existing assets and resources in an effort to implement
innovative learning design to meet student learning needs.
