Actualization of Scouts in State High School 113 Jakarta

Currently our school is implementing the Independent Learning type Independent Curriculum. In it there are mandatory extracurricular activities, namely Scouting. Scouting was chosen as a mandatory extracurricular because it teaches many character values, who are able to answer the challenges of today's young people, related to the development of the Pancasila Student Profile. Schools are given the freedom to develop their activities. Initially our school only carried out scouting activities such as marching, semaphore, However, scouting activities like that are felt to be less appropriate for student development, so students are less interested in following it. Even though we hope, Students' interest in participating in this activity is high, so that the character development of the Pancasila Student Profile can develop well.

Because many students are less interested in activities at Scout Actualization, So the challenge for us coaches is to package and develop activities in an interesting and not boring way. Apart from that, activities must continue to innovate. The method used must also be appropriate to the student's current development.

To answer the challenges of Scout Actualization activities so that they are not boring, then there must be innovation, kami mencoba mengemasnya dalam bentuk permainan. Salah satu contoh adalah permainan Post to Post. Permainan ini dilakukan di luar kelas, carilah tempat yang lapang. Kemudian buatlah beberapa pos, antara pos yang satu dan pos yang lain memiliki permaianan yang berbeda. For example, siswa dibagi beberapa kelompok. Kemudian setiap kelompok akan melewati beberapa pos. antara pos yang satu dengan yang lain permainannya berbeda-beda. Misalkan, di Pos 1 ada permaianan menggiring tongkat memakai tali. Permainan memindahkan tongkat dari satu tempat ke tempat lain menggunakan tali. Penilainnya berdasarkan kecepatan tongkat itu berpindah ke tempat yang sudah ditentukan. Permainan ini sangat seru, karena dilakukan berkelompok. Dari permainan ini banyak nilai nilai baik yang dapat di pelajari, seperti gotong royong, independent, dan bernalar kritis.

After we carried out Scouting Actualization with games Post to Post, There are several things we need to improve further. We asked for reflections from several teachers and several students regarding the activities we had carried out. Reflections from teachers among others:

1. Students don't feel bored, and follow the activity with enthusiasm
2. There is a sense of mutual cooperation from each group

Reflections from Students, among others:

1. Many students like this activity, because it is done outside of class
2. The game encourages students to reason critically and independently
