Mr. Satria is a trusted education activist. When talking, his tone was authoritative. He can mix with many groups. One day, a senior community figure asked Pak Satria for help to lead an educational foundation that manages a secondary school. The middle school has not been maintained for a long time because the foundation administrators have passed retirement age. Pre-school facilities are relatively limited, even the classrooms are in quite poor condition. Teacher salaries have not been increased for a long time. The principal is busy teaching at another school to earn extra money. Educational foundations provide budget support but the amount is not large.

Pak Satria was basically called upon to make changes to the middle school. But the more you know about the condition of the school, increasingly eroding his enthusiasm. Mrs. Retno is an experienced school principal. His appearance is convincing, in a tone that is no less convincing. When making a decision, it does a thorough analysis. It is not surprising that many of his decisions are followed by the people he leads. One day, he was called chairman of the foundation and asked to be the education manager who managed it 3 schools under the foundation.

Even though he often leads the school, But this new assignment has different challenges. These three schools have been managed by their respective school principals. Even though it's one foundation, but it turns out the rules and regulations are different. The segments of society who attend the three schools are also different. Mrs. Retno wants to invite the three schools to work together to strengthen each other's identity and bargaining position in the eyes of the community.

Mr. Harun is the principal at a school in a remote area. The school is facing big challenges. The number of students continues to decline, making the school on the verge of closure. Many parents withdraw their children from school because they feel that education at the school does not have a positive impact on their children's future. They prefer their children to work to help the family rather than continue their education which is considered useless.

Each challenge can be done more than once with different answers

To carry out Learning Missions, You don't have to have exactly the same conditions as the problem raised in the mission question. As long as the substance of the problem/challenge is similar (there are similar keywords) and your experience is relevant to the substance of the problem, You can do Learning Missions.

The answer you write is to tell a real experience that you have had when facing a similar problem, not like giving normative and abstract advice.

Look for the closest Learning Mission questions. For example, your experience of Positive Discipline, but you didn't find any specific questions about that theme, You can take missions about Class Management. Need to be a note, Learning Mission questions are generally made more general so they can cover various experiences and situations experienced by teachers.

You can use the help of the Action Plan Guide if your experience does not match the mission.

For purposes as a speaker for TPN XI, The TPN committee will report the mission data that passes to the regional committee. So, The regional committee will contact the authors of the missions that pass, whether willing to be a speaker at the regional TPN XI or not. For publication purposes in the Teacher Learning Newspaper, The editorial team will send invitations to mission writers who pass to write more complete stories in accordance with editorial provisions. However, In the future, our team will provide information about PASSING or NOT on the Learning Mission website.

3. Choose a mission that is appropriate or relevant to the challenges you have experienced.

4. Tell us about your maximum experience 200 say.

When you do a Learning Mission, You have the opportunity to be a resource person at the Nusantara Educator Gathering, either in one of the 50 Areas in June-July and or at Puncak in 2-3 November 2024 in Jakarta.
