The aim of this lesson is to develop physical skills, health, and social-emotional students through various sports activities and games. This time I will teach material about a big ball game, namely the Futsal soccer game. The aim of this learning is that students are able to practice refereeing duties in Futsal football games in the hope of developing leadership attitudes, responsibility, students' courage and self-confidence which have so far been lacking.
The Futsal soccer game is a favorite game for students, However, it turns out that when I offered students to be referees for matches, most of them hesitated because they were embarrassed and didn't understand how to be a referee in a Futsal soccer match..
Initial learning steps in providing understanding to students who have not yet understood how to be a referee in a Futsal football game with a peer tutor system. I give students who already understand the duties of a referee in a Futsal soccer game the opportunity to explain directly in front of their friends during 15 minutes accompanied by questions and answers between them. After that, I gave several teams the opportunity to play straight away 10 minutes and in each team there is one who is in charge of being the referee in the futsal soccer match with the agreement that every team that concedes a goal will automatically be replaced by another team., then if in time 10 The minute a goal is not scored then the two teams playing are automatically replaced by another team
By practicing directly as a referee in Futsal football matches, it turns out that you can give a sense of responsibility, courage and self-confidence for students. They were happy to be given the opportunity to referee the match that was held that day. They said there was a special excitement when managing the players in the matches they officiated.
