After reflecting on the implementation of the TP odd mid-semester exam 2022/2023 in class XII MIPA 1, I got some facts like; Most students do not get scores above the KKM, Students who score below the KKM tend to be apathetic, does not have the enthusiasm to improve grades even though he has been given the opportunity many times. Another thing that I found was that students felt that taking exams was very burdensome so they tended to give careless answers, sehingga sulit menilai secara objektif dari jawaban yang mereka berikan. hal ini makin parah jika instrumen penilaian dalam bentuk tes pilihan Ganda
Assessment is an integral part of a learning process, Therefore, it is important to use assessment as an instrument to measure how much competence a student has achieved after following the learning process in a certain period and time.. In my opinion, one of the most important parts of assessment as a tool for measuring student competency accurately and objectively is determined by the availability of instruments or media to carry out exams which allows students to take exams without feeling pressured, Students enjoy and can express themselves happily and cheerfully, while providing results that can be assessed by teachers in an accountable manner
From a series of facts mentioned at the beginning of this article and the challenges I described above, I have come to the conclusion that there are two components that need to be considered, namely 1) an assessment instrument that guarantees that exams are free from subjective factors such as cheating behavior, originally answered 2) The implementation of exams must ensure a sense of security and comfort for students and accommodate students' talents and interests. Berdasarkan kedua kriteria ini maka saya ingin memanfaatkan media sosial tiktok sebagai media untuk melaksanak ujian penilaian untuk materi pelajaran “Kimia Unsur dan Sifat-sifatnya”. Prinsip dasarnya adalah mengajak sm untuk ujian sambil main tiktok, To carry out the assessment I did the following steps. 1). Divide students into a team, One class can consist of two or three teams. 2).In one team there are people who act as players (participants who were assessed for their cognitive competence), there is a Question Script Reader, some act as directors, vidografer, some act as editors and publishers, and others. 3). When carrying out the exam, Players line up to wait for questions from readers of the question script and provide answers directly. All activities are videoed and uploaded on TikTok social media. 4). The teacher makes observations during the activity and the resulting video product is used as a medium and assessment instrument
After conducting the TikTok-based exam assessment, I got three things, namely; 1). Carrying out exams is very exciting and enjoyable for students. 2). Evaluation is very objective, because I can measure students' competency achievements directly from the responses given by students during exam activities. 3). Apart from measuring students' cognitive competence, I can also see students' competencies in other areas such as the ability to make videos, editing videos, acting, leadership, cooperation and others
