An education report card is a report that contains information about the quality of education in an educational unit. Education Unit Reports are prepared by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Ministry of Education and Culture) based on the results of national assessments and character surveys. The Education Unit Report Card is published every year to provide information to the public about the quality of education in Indonesia.

An education report card is a document that can be used as a planning resource to improve the quality of education in schools. Education report cards can provide information about students' academic achievements, student participation, and school environment. This information can be used to identify areas that need improvement and improvement and to develop improvement plans.

In the education report there is 6 indicators that must be improved. The six indicators are literacy skills,numeration,climate of diversity, school environmental climate,character and quality of learning. There are three colors in the education report,red,orange and green. Even though the indicator is green, it shows it is good,but the score still needs to be improved.

However, there are still many educators and education personnel who do not know the importance of this education report card. This can be seen from several visits to schools,who have opened new education reports for KS and Ops only. Therefore, as a supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that all educators and education staff read,explore,download and analyze it

Obstacles that can prevent educators from opening education report cards include:,because they didn't know that education report cards could be accessed by all educators and education staff who had activated a Belajar.id account, do not have access to education report cards,because you don't have a Belajar.id account yet, do not understand education reports and are not interested in education reports.

To overcome these obstacles, schools need to do several things, such as providing easy access to education report cards, provides an easy-to-understand explanation of education report cards. Increase the interest of educators and education staff in their education unit report cards, by explaining the benefits of educational report cards.

The wisdom of opening and exploring education report cards is: :

Lessons that can be taken after opening and reading the education report card,that is :

1. Schools can learn to focus more on developing the quality of learning.
2. Schools can learn to be more innovative in learning methods.
3. Schools can learn to collaborate more with parents and the community.
4. Schools can learn to be more transparent in educational management.
5. Schools can learn to be more responsible to the public.

Education unit report cards are important documents that can help schools improve the quality of their education. By understanding the wisdom and learning from educational unit report cards, Schools can provide better education for students.
