Keberagaman kondisi murid tersebut diantaranya adalah karena latar belakang pendidikan dan pola asuh orang tua yang berbeda sehingga menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya stimulasi yang diberikan kepada anak yang notabene telah diberikan oleh Tuhan Yang Maha Esa kecerdasan yang beragam.
Banyak orang tua yang mengeluh bagaimana cara mengajarkan membaca, write, berhitung, dan ilmu pengetahuan lainnya kepada anaknya. Kurang tepatnya stimulus yang diberikan kepada anak atau bahkan tidak diberikan sama sekali ketika mereka memperlihatkan sikap yang mengisyaratkan jenis kecerdasan yang dimilikinya.
Saya mencoba untuk menggerakkan agar sekolah dapat memfasilitasi kolaborasi dengan orangtua dengan menetapkan waktu, tempat pertemuan, dan fasilitas presentasi agar semua materi bisa dengan mudah dipahami.
Saya berupaya mengidentifikasi pekerjaan orang tua murid dari kelas 1 until class 6 yang berprofesi sebagai psikolog. Ternyata salah satu dari orang tua murid kelas 1 B yang bernama Nur Arimilawati Nababan, M.Psi Psychologist is a psychologist and it turns out he really cares about the world of education, especially in state elementary schools 1 East Barabai.

I try to determine the time and place for holding parenting seminar activities. The time for the parenting seminar is set for Saturday, 20 Mei 2023. Seminar activities start at 10.00 WITA, located in the Public Elementary School Meeting Room 1 East Barabai.
To prepare for activities, I made a flyer for a parenting seminar, invitation and attendance list as well as sound system equipment, LCD, and event documentation. I also coordinate activity accommodation needs in providing drinks and snacks.
In parenting seminar activities, I accompany parents and teachers. I also motivate parents and teachers to pay attention to the material during the presentation. I also try to encourage parents and teachers to ask questions based on their respective experiences in accompanying children to learn.
To be more impactful and sustainable, I made a minimal parenting program plan 1 x in 1 semester, or 2 x in a year. I also mobilize student parent associations in each class to establish good communication in efforts to assist children in learning both at home and at school..
I always try to establish positive communication with students' parents to continue to provide an understanding of their child's development.
The impact of the changes that occur, I see that the understanding of parents and teachers about all intelligent children and all special children is starting to be felt.
We believe that God has given every child multiple intelligences which need to be stimulated by the adults around them so that all types of intelligence can develop optimally.. God has given each child different talents and interests. God has also given children learning modalities and styles.
Parents and teachers can be calm in accompanying children to study both at home and at school without comparing them with other children.
Parents and teachers realize that it is necessary to continue learning in order to accompany children in learning. Because without relevant knowledge, we will not be able to provide the best service for children- our children and students.
Parents and teachers also realize that every child develops according to his or her nature. So the task of parents and teachers is to guide them so that they can develop optimally, and this requires relevant knowledge.
With this awareness, Students become comfortable studying because the adults around them understand their uniqueness and privileges. With appropriate stimulation tailored to the child's dominant learning style as well as his or her talents and interests, the door to students' understanding is wide open when receiving the information presented. Students become quick in capturing and understanding lesson material.
I feel happy, can collaborate with parents to provide an understanding of the multiple intelligences of children to all school members, especially parents and teachers. Communication is well established so that it is easy to convey the problems faced to jointly find solutions.
I realize that there are still many things that need to be improved, especially collaboration with parents in improving the quality of education, school development, completeness of school facilities, school facilities and infrastructure towards the era of digitalization of education, practical mastery of English, character education and anti-bullying so that children feel safe and comfortable while studying at school.
