I want to improve writing skills and interest in students at my school. Because writing is one of the basics of literacy that can facilitate the learning process. I think by writing my students can express their opinions, idea, view, thoughts, attitude and even imagination. I hope that the results of this article can be published widely to the general public.

I found conditions where students' skills and interests in writing were not facilitated well and optimally. I also feel that learning with a teacher in the classroom cannot be an optimal forum for honing writing skills and interest. So in this case I need to provide more facilitation to improve my students' writing skills and interest. I need to provide a broader platform beyond the classroom or even a room at school.

I face a challenge, namely that literacy activities at school are not running optimally to hone students' skills and interest in writing. The ongoing writing habituation activities have not been followed up with follow-up activities that accommodate and publish students' written work more widely..

The action I took was coordinating with the person in charge of school literacy activities. Together with the school literacy team, I reflected on previous literacy activities, Next, together we carry out an analysis based on the school's potential/assets as a basis for designing follow-up activities and strengthening writing literacy through a series of literacy competition activities, namely the "Creative Writing" Journalism Workshop, Essay writing competition, Publication and Book Review of Literacy Works.

I have learned valuable lessons by providing optimal literacy facilitation so that the writing skills and interests of students at my school can be accommodated., honed and the results of their written work can be published more widely. My hope is to make students a literate generation through writing.
