Year 2021 Those were difficult years for the world of education in general in Indonesia, I remember at that time where lost learning occurred in the world of education, especially in Makassar City, especially at UPT SPF SD Inpres Pampang II Makassar City, at that time I really realized that there was a decline in enthusiasm and motivation to learn in my class, namely in class VIA. Students study for a while and the rest are busy playing with gadgets, and what annoyed me the most was that only a few people submitted assignments via Google Classroom even though I had a large number of students 29 only temporary people enter 5 people arrive 10 people don't reach 50 % of the total amount, These conditions forced me to think hard about how to bring my students to virtual learning using the Google Meeting and Zoom Meeting platforms.
It turns out that using the platform above also does not affect the percentage of student attendance in my class, So with these conditions, I took the initiative to go to their homes so that they still feel cared for and I as a teacher feel called and provide services in providing access to learning for them so that lost learning does not result in gaps that are too far from existing learning objective preferences..
Reflecting on my analysis above, it turns out that it is not easy to translate my thought patterns and the innovations that I carry out because their houses are far from each other., in addition to the social culture that makes me hesitant to come and teach at their house,Another challenge I faced was small alleys and a number of health protocol rules which we still have to maintain according to government recommendations to always
Avoid mobilization and direct physical contact, also the use of masks that sometimes make me gasp in giving the lesson material later at their home.
With the program that I created, namely "Guling", the teacher goes around, At first the strategy I used was to convey my good intentions to the office holder, in this case the Principal as the Person in Charge at UPT SPF SD Inpres Pampang II. I, as a VIA class teacher, convey anxiety, the anxiety that I feel in my class is that their motivation to learn and their understanding has changed significantly between the desire to learn and play with gadgets all day.
After I conveyed the idea of "rolling" it turned out that the principal really agreed and appreciated what I was doing, with a note to also ask permission from the parents of students who want to visit their homes to study together with other students during the Covid-19 pandemic. After this argument, I opened a dialogue session with the parents of class VIA students using a Zoom Meeting platform to convey the idea of Guling and it turned out that the parents of our students also really appreciated the idea of bolstering..
After everyone agrees, both from the principal's perspective and from the perspective of the student's parents, I make a schedule for visiting my student's home with an estimated time 6 Effective study time per day with a study duration of two hours. Where I will start visiting students' homes on time 08:00 Wita s.d jam 12:00 WITA, the details are as follows :
★ Ariqa's house
I visited Ariqa's house on Monday starting at 08:00 WITA – 10:00 WITA. In the house there are, among other things : Ariqa, Laura. Iftiyah, and Viola. At first this Guling felt strange to them because I, as a teacher, came to Ariqah's house to study together. From the first Guling meeting, a dialogue took place between me as a teacher and Ariqah as a student.
Ariqah : Pak, Why do we have to study like this, sir?.
Guru : We learn like this, son, because of the situation and conditions we are currently experiencing, namely the Covid-19 pandemic and we are prohibited from gathering first.
Ariqa : How long, sir, do we have to come to my house and other friends' houses, sir?.
Guru : I will come to your house until you all take the final school exams in the academic year 2020-2021.
Ariqa : Aren't you tired of activities like this, sir?.
Guru : this has become your responsibility to enlighten you guys, I don't want you to be lost in sadness and lose your motivation to study just because of the Covid-19 Pandemic and playing on your cell phone all day.

From the "Guling" activity I got a sense of pride, joy, A deep sense of happiness regarding their participation and collaboration welcomed the "Guling" program. Even though at first it feels difficult and heavy, if we have a sincere will and a calling from the soul then the work will feel easy for us to do.
From the bolster I also managed to carry, raise their motivation and desire to return to school to study harder with their other friends. They are very happy and happy studying with their other friends at home even though there are only five of them with their friends.
