Setiap murid memiliki karakter dan kebutuhan yang berbeda-beda. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan murid kita saat belajar maka solusi yang tepat adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada proses pembelajaran. Hal inilah yang saya terapkan pada murid saya agar mereka bisa belajar dengan penuh semangat.

RIA PROJECTS IN DIFFERENTIATION LEARNING
Awal : Saya adalah seorang guru yang mengajar di SMKS Muhammadiyah Bungoro. Di Sekolah ini saya dipercayakan untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran Projek IPAS sesuai dengan kompetensi yang saya miliki. Sebagai seorang guru saya memiliki keinginan agar murid-murid saya bisa antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran saya. I hope that I can make learning fun in the classroom so that all my students can feel the freedom to learn and the learning goals that I want in the subjects I teach can be achieved..
Tchallenge: When teaching this subject there are several challenges that I face such as: My students are not used to project learning, My students have different learning interests and many still tend to find it difficult to let go of their cellphones during the learning process.
Aksi: I tried to reflect on the learning I had done and started looking for ways to overcome it. What I did was create project-based differentiated learning and started identifying my students' learning interests and then providing differentiated learning to them according to my students' learning needs..
The first thing I did was set learning goals that I would achieve, then identify and map my students' learning needs according to the differentiated learning activities that I will carry out. I asked my students to fill out the paper that I distributed and then choose what product to make according to their respective interests. The product in question is a poster, learning videos and PPTs containing main material according to the objectives to be achieved. Next, I group my students according to my students' learning needs and work on the projects given. After that, each group presented the results of their work (product) which is made. For my students who like playing with cellphones, I give them the freedom to use cellphones as long as it is related to my learning and as long as it can help my students in completing their project assignments..
Change: After doing differentiated learning for my students, all my students look happy, active and enthusiastic in following my learning. I see that my students are able to make products according to their respective interests and they use their cellphones to help complete their project assignments.
