NONCOGNITIVE DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT I KNOW MYSELF WITH QUIZIZZ
The beginning of the New Academic Year's learning activities 2022 ,I conduct Non-Cognitive diagnostic assessments as a basis for measuring and helping me get to know students ,what are his interests? ,What is his personality like? ,what is his attitude?,And ,motivation,as well as emotional maturity values which are not related to students' cognitive abilities or intellectual intelligence. The aim is to determine students' psychological and social emotional well-being. With this I can understand and assess. With the Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment that I use at school, I start from profiling students, how students get to know themselves, as well as me as a teacher so I can get to know students first to provide the best education.
That's what made me think of preparing tools so that it can be done well ,Of course I had to make a list of questions ,key regarding student activities or activities. Such as giving written form questionnaires that must be filled out by students. Well, this is what made me add homework to prepare it. ,Not to mention the correction, of course it takes time to study my students one by one.
So, to make the work easier and easier to survey and find out the condition of my students and also find out the results of non-cognitive diagnostic assessments ,I use quizizz. Because with quizizz I can process according to my needs , without making a questionnaire and distributing it to students ,Just prepare a laptop at school . Students will answer questions that I have prepared on Quizzizz and I no longer need to correct them because the results are immediately readable. .
With Quizizz as a tool in preparing non-cognitive diagnostic assessments ,My students felt happy and very enthusiastic about answering questions about themselves by playing and it was very influential on their feelings at that time ,Finally, as a teacher, it is easy for me to carry out assessments, both cognitive and non-cognitive, and of course it will be able to improve students' ability to know themselves and their environment. Apart from that, with Quizizz, it is very easy for me to make assessments related to student development and it is no longer a burden that takes up my time to carry out assessments for students..
