Deputy Regent of Bantaeng, Drs. H. Sahabuddin, expressed his full support for the implementation of the XII Nusantara Educators Meeting (TPN XII) organized by the Guru Belajar Foundation and the Nusantara Guru Belajar Community (KGBN) Bantaeng Regency.

Drs. H. Sahabuddin said that this activity was in line with the regional vision of improving the quality of education that favors students. This was conveyed when KGBN Bantaeng Regency met him for an audience on Tuesday (20/05).

"I hope that the activities can run smoothly and successfully make a big contribution to increasing the competence of teachers in Bantaeng Regency,”He said.

He also hopes that the good practices and inspiration from TPN.

“Collaboration between regional governments and teacher organizations like this continues to be strengthened. Together, we can create a fairer educational ecosystem, inclusive, and supports the growth and development of children in Bantaeng Regency,"He continued.

The activity will take place at the District Library and Archives Service. Bantaeng on Monday (16/06) and Tuesday (17/06) This theme raises the theme of Educational Climate and Climate Education. TPN XII in Bantaeng Regency is open to all educators from various levels who want to study together.

TPN XII participants in Bantaeng Regency will be able to take part in various learning activities, including educational classes, leader's class, educational talk show, Intelligent Teacher, work exhibition, and Education Solutions Market.

In the classroom educators and leaders, The sources will be curated through the Learning Mission. The Learning Mission is a forum for educators to share inspiring stories about experiences, challenge, and their success in creating change in the classroom, school, or community.

Apart from having the opportunity to be a resource person at TPN XII in Bantaeng Regency, Educators who take part in the Learning Mission also have the opportunity to appear at the TPN XII Summit in Jakarta and receive awards next October.

“From this sharing, collective strength grows. We learn that change doesn't have to start with big things—just the courage of one teacher who tries, reflect, and invite others to move together,Rifal continued.

Some of the Learning Mission topics are how to deal with students who lack discipline, cope with classes with diverse student abilities, how to mobilize fellow teachers to want to collaborate for meaningful learning, and many others.
