Deputy Regent of Sanggau, Susana Herpena, supports the holding of the XII Archipelago Educators Meeting. (TPN XII) in Sanggau Regency. This was conveyed in an audience forum with the Nusantara Learning Teacher Community (KGBN) Sanggu which took place not long ago.

TPN XII in Sanggau Regency will be held by the Guru Belajar Foundation and KGBN Sanggau on Saturday (19/05) and Sunday (20/05) at the Sanggau DPRD Building.

"We from KGBN Sanggau have had an audience with the Deputy Regent of Sanggau and he really supports the TPN XII activities which will be held to improve teacher competency in Sanggau Regency., He also hopes that educators can participate in this activity later,said Nining, TPN XII Coordinator in Sanggau, Wednesday (04/06/2025).

he said, TPN XII participants will be able to take part in various learning activities, including educational classes, leader's class, educational talk shows, Intelligent Teacher, exhibition of student work and Education Solutions Market.

Through these various activities, Participants will get solutions to teachers' daily challenges. Among them; dealing with students who lack discipline, cope with classes with diverse student abilities, how to encourage fellow teachers to want to collaborate for meaningful learning and so on.

TPN XII in Sanggau is open to all educators, school principals and supervisors from various levels from elementary to high school who want to study together to increase experience and knowledge.

“For educators and leaders, The sources will be curated through learning missions. Learning missions are a forum for educators to share inspiring stories about experiences, their challenges and successes in creating change in the classroom, school or community,he explained.

Apart from having the opportunity to be a resource person at TPN XII in Sanggau, Educators who take part in the learning mission will also have the opportunity to appear at Puncak TPN XII in Jakarta and receive awards next October.

Meanwhile, Chairman of KGBN Sanggau, Anisa said that this agenda was Sanggau's fifth year as the organizer of the Archipelago Educators Gathering. It is hoped that teachers can take part in this annual event as a shared learning space.

“Every teacher has good practices that are inspiring and need to be shared. From this mutual sharing, collective strength will grow. Change doesn't have to start with big things, enough from the courage of one teacher who tried, reflect and invite others to move together,” concluded Anisa.
