Wasling Drinking Coffee Together

early

As a supervisor, I constantly go around the target institutions. During the new school year, I went to the Institute for coffee together to chat with the principal and teachers to prepare to welcome new students to the activities. ( MPLS ), The target of the visit at that time was the teacher's preparation regarding IKM.

Challenge

My challenge in having coffee together was about implementing the Independent Curriculum, which requires careful preparation, especially differentiated learning, namely learning according to students' needs., So, this is where we start discussing initial diagnostic assessment of learning. The problem here is that teachers are not yet able to prepare a diagnostic assessment at the beginning of learning because they do not fully understand IKM, Another obstacle is that not all teachers are able to open the PMM application. And not ready to prepare an initial diagnostic assessment to design learning according to student needs.

Action

After having coffee together, it was finally agreed to carry out a KKG with material on preparing a diagnostic assessment at the beginning of learning, in the KKG I explained about the assessment carried out in the independent curriculum, namely the step taken was to carry out an initial diagnostic assessment , This assessment is divided into two, namely cognitive and cognitive assessments ,where this non-cognitive assessment is to photograph student learning profiles, readiness to learn, student interests, family background and history of student growth and development, Apart from non-cognitive assessment, the assessment that must be carried out is cognitive assessment, This assessment aims to identify student competency achievements, adapting classroom learning to the average student's competency, and providing remedial classes or additional lessons to students whose competence is below average. The stages in both assessments are the same, namely starting from preparation, implementation and follow-up, but different in the activities therein.

After attending the KKG, All teachers can prepare initial diagnostic assessments of learning ,and thank God, class teacher 4,5,6 more 95% Everyone was present to take part in the KKG regarding initial diagnostic assessment of learning and it was agreed at two meetings, initial meeting explaining the initial assessment and then making a diagnostic assessment at the beginning of learning, the next stage is presentation of the results of the assessment that has been prepared.

Change

Collaborating with and assisting the KKG in starting to prepare an initial diagnostic assessment of learning can be a very enjoyable activity because the teachers are very enthusiastic about being able to prepare an initial diagnostic assessment of learning with the preparation stages., implementation and follow-up, In the preparation stage, the teacher selects predetermined lesson outcomes to prepare questions, then the implementation stage includes the teacher carrying out according to what has been prepared, which can be in the form of a questionnaire, interview, interesting activities. And the last one is follow-up activities, namely the results of implementation activities, Teachers can prepare learning plans according to the results of student needs captured from the diagnostic assessment carried out. In a presentation by class teacher representatives 4,5 And 6 quite enthusiastic and can be understood together.
