Enrekang District Nusantara Learning Teacher Community (KGBN Enrekang) held an official meeting with the Head of the Primary and Secondary Service (Dikdasmen) local, Erik. This important step to introduce the KGBN Enrekang movement was carried out after the National Education Day ceremony, Friday (2/5).

In this meeting, Arsiah, chairman of KGBN Enrekang, explain, KGBN is an independent professional organization that provides a forum for teachers in the District. Enrekang to study together, collaborate, and share good practices. Through this facilitation, Arsiah believes that KGBN Enrekang can support educational transformation in the district.

Arsiah also conveyed the closest program, namely the XII Nusantara Educators Meeting (TPN XII) In Kab. Enrekang which will be held next July at the Halal Center Building. “So that this activity can have a broad impact, So there is a need for synergy with local government,” he said.

“Your presence will not only motivate the participants, but also strengthened the legitimacy and resonance of the event," said Arsiah to Erik.

Furthermore, he explained, KGBN Enrekang was chosen as the joint organizer of TPN XII 44 other areas throughout the archipelago. The TPN XII, Teachers will share educational solutions through a series of events, namely the Educator Class, Leader's class, and Education Talk Show.

In Educator Class, Resource persons will share good practices for overcoming problems in the classroom. Among them, dealing with undisciplined students, designing learning for students with diverse competencies, and so on.

Then in the Leader's Class, Participants will get inspiration on how to face the challenges of making changes in the education ecosystem. “Meanwhile at the Education Talkshow, The speakers will discuss the TPN XII theme, namely Educational Climate and Climate Education,” explained Arsiah.

The Head of Basic Education enthusiastically welcomed the plan and expressed his readiness to fully support TPN XII. “I am ready to attend as a form of support from the regional government. I am also willing to be a motivator for teachers in Enrekang Regency to participate in learning and working together in this forum,said Erik.

Concrete support from the Education Department does not stop there. In a follow-up meeting on Monday, 5 Mei 2025, Arsiah was present with the KGBN Enrekang Treasurer, Hadija, Chairman of the TPN XII Committee in Kab. Enrekang, Risma Khalik, and Management, Yenny Herman. The meeting discussed two strategic steps: facilitate audiences with the Regent and Deputy Regent of Enrekang, as well as distribution of official letters to educational units to encourage active participation in TPN XII.

“The committee has shown seriousness and real work. We are ready to bridge communication with the district government for the smooth running of this national scale event,said Erik. He also appreciated the committee's efforts in preparing the event concept, target participants, as well as a series of structured and inclusive activities.

The meeting closed with an open discussion regarding the direction and future of education in Enrekang Regency. Both parties are committed to maintaining intensive coordination so that TPN XII can become a momentum for real and sustainable change.

Archipelago Educators Meeting XII in Kab. Enrekang is not just a ceremonial agenda, but rather a place to prove that there is synergy between teachers, community, and local governments are able to create a vibrant educational ecosystem, collaborative, and oriented towards real change.
