Intelligent Teacher (CCG) will be held again in the city of Bogor on Thursday (15/6) at public junior high school 2. This activity is part of the series of Nusantara Educator Meeting (TPN) XII which this year took place in various regions in Indonesia.
Different from the smart smart competition in general, CCG is not a competition. This activity is an exciting challenge that aims to help teachers and candidates recognize their level of competence, Referring to the Director General of GTK No.. 2626 Year 2023 about the teacher competency model.
"CCG is a new and exciting way of learning for teachers. Through contextual questions arranged based on real problems in school, We hope that teachers can reflect the most appropriate solution choices,"Said Rahayu, Bogor City TPN XII Coordinator.
Participants consist of a team consisting of three teachers who work on questions in a joint discussion. The form of questions resembles a competency test, But with a collaborative approach that makes the learning atmosphere feel light and pleasant.
The atmosphere of CCG is full of enthusiasm, Participants are enthusiastic when answering questions, both when their answers are right or when they need to discuss. This team's work model is considered effective in fostering a pleasant learning spirit.
Each participant will receive a certificate of competency recognition and detailed feedback. Through this feedback, The teacher can find out which competencies still need to be improved and what strategies are more appropriate to apply.
"Many teachers are wrong in analyzing challenges. For example, When students are always silent when asked, The solution should be sought related to the learning strategy, Not class management,"Rahayu explained.
Rahayu hopes that this event will be a encouragement for educators in Bogor to continue learning, develop, and share good practices.
Participants who pass the challenges at the city level will have the opportunity to advance to the challenges of the archipelago level which will be held in Jakarta at the peak of TPN XII in October, with the debate format.
"We want this activity to be encouraging for teachers to continue to improve professionalism and bring education that is in favor of children in their respective environments,"He concluded.
